S.W.A.T. (Support, Waterfront and Activities Team)
This is a dynamic position of hands on ministry that supports both
our summer camp program and retreat ministries. A life-guarding certification is required, and individuals will receive American Red Cross
training at no cost if they are not certified. In additions to serving as lifeguards, SWAT will be hands on in leading exciting activities such as
paintball, low ropes course, ski boat, climbing wall, archery, hayrides, and
others (training will be provided). Other support roles include retreat
preparation and hosting and work projects. Team members will be challenged
to live out their faith in real ways by serving, living in community, and being
apart of a Bible study. First year compensation is $210 per week. SWAT will be accountable to the Guest Service Director.
